2 teams with an optimistic start face off against each other in an enticing clash on Saturday Afternoon.
Everton sits at 2nd while Palace occupies 5th, it has been a great start from both sides and another great clash awaits all the Premier League fans.
Below is our Crystal Palace vs Everton Preview along with Predicted Line ups, Injuries, Head to Head, Amazing Facts, and Prediction.
Preview:
Everton:
Carlo Ancelloti’s side have started the season in an amazing fashion. Signings paved a way for a good season and the start only points towards that.
They got past resilient Jose’s side in the first match of the season. Everybody downplayed their chance against Tottenham but they comfortably got past Tottenham in the first Game-week.
They did stutter early in the second Game-week but responded with fierce attacking quality by dispatching a sorry West Brom side. A 5-2 victory always motivates you and should remind everyone about the capabilities this Everton side possesses. Will they make it 3 in a row, we’ll find out this Saturday.
Crystal Palace:
With all the injuries that crept at the start, it looked ominous to be heading to a tough start but what has transpired oozes the spirit within the Palace squad. Roy Hodgson’s side have started with two victories in a row and find themselves 5th in the League.
They got past Southampton in the first Game-week with a sturdy defensive display where they shut down any chance Southampton got to level the terms.
Nobody gave them a chance in the second Game-week when they encountered the Mighty Manchester United but they bravely fought off the United threat and battered them three goals to one at the Theatre of Dreams.
They have nothing to lose and with home comforts in Game-week 3, they would love to get a victory against a motivated Everton side.
Injury Report:
Palace still will have to continue without the services of Tomkins, Van Aanholt, and Cahill. Kouyate and Mitchell have deputized well for all the missings above.
Everton won’t have the services of Holgate and Braithwaite due to an injury but there are no new injury concerns for them and the current squad should continue.
Predicted 11:
Both sides will want to keep the momentum going and therefore shall continue with the same sides that have won all their matches in Previous Game-weeks.

The last Palace win vs Everton at home stretches back to 22 Oct 1994 where Palace won 1-0.
Palace’s last win against Everton was way back in September 2014 where they were victorious by 3 goals to 2 at Goodison Park.
Prediction:
Will Palace break an embarrassing winless streak they have garnered in past some years when both faced off against one and another?
In my Opinion, Unfortunately not.
Crystal Palace vs Everton Prediction
Both teams are in great momentum and will relish the match at this point. Palace is defensively a very well set side while Everton have been excellent going forward.
Palace will no doubt try to soak the attacks by Everton and look to hit them on the break with help of Zaha and Ayew. Everton have defensively been unimpressive and Palace will try to exploit this weakness but unfortunately, Everton’s attack will have too much for them on the day.
Palace have survived very well without injuries and they will be hard to break down, but players like James, Calvert Lewin, and Richarlison will exploit the little spaces that will be left by the Palace side. Mitchell will need to have a great game and James might be too much to handle for the young promising left-back.
Therefore, in my opinion, Everton will prevail 3-1 winners in this exciting encounter and will make it three in a row in the League.
